STEP 1: ATTEND AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION
An introductory session is an informational talk on Vedic Meditation and how it differs from other styles of meditation, the many benefits and how the course is taught. This is a great place to start if you are interested in learning meditation or looking for a powerful stress-reducing technique.
It’s important for us to meet in person to see if this technique—and my style of teaching—resonates with you. We do not meditate during these sessions. They are an opportunity for you to understand this style of meditation and to ask any questions you might have. You will have plenty of opportunities to meditate when you take my course where you will learn to meditate easily and effortlessly.
Intro talks are held at The Meditation Studio on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I prefer to keep my intro talks to no more than a small handful of practitioners so you have my undivided attention and support.

STEP 2: ENROLL IN THE MEDITATION CLASS
The Meditation Class is a 4 session course that meets for approximately 90 minutes each day.
DAY 1: A PRIVATE 60-minute session where you’ll receive your mantra and learn the basic technique for using it.
DAY 2: A deeper dive into the technique and using the mantra to allow the mind to settle effortlessly.
DAY 3: An exploration into the mind/body connection and how the body releases stress.
DAY 4: How to integrate the practice into your daily life and get the support you need to become a daily meditator.
STEP 3: ENJOY LIFETIME ACCESS TO THE VEDIC MEDITATION COMMUNITY
One of the coolest parts of taking The Meditation Class is getting access to a lifetime of follow-up support. Once you graduate, you’re able to retake course again at any time (for free) with me or with any other Vedic instructor.
I also offer weekly group meditations and office hours where you’re welcome to drop in and join, get questions answered, and discover new ways to enhance your practice.
