Let Kelli initiate you into the life-changing benefits of Vedic Meditation.

The meditation class has a simple philosophy – “A Simple Meditation for Complicated Lives.”

Kelli understands that people live busy lives. The meditation class teaches busy people (busy New Yorkers!) how to live a more peaceful, happy and creative life.

SESSION 1:  Monday, November 26 at 10AM

Receive mantra, and become initiated as a meditator.

SESSION 2: Tuesday, November 27 at 10AM

Learn basic operating procedures of meditation.

SESSION 3: Wednesday, November 28 at 10AM

Learn about stress reduction and mind/body connection in meditation.

SESSION 4: Thursday, November 29 at 10AM

Each session is 90 minutes.

Learn how to integrate meditation into your life and what to expect with regular practice.
