Hi, I’m Kelli Douglas—single mother, committed consciousness explorer, and former real estate exec turned passionate meditation teacher. I didn’t get here overnight. In fact, it took over 20 years of exploring various forms of meditation and spiritual practices to finally find the one that made a lasting difference.
You name it, I tried it—Kundalini yoga, chanting, creative visualization, singing bowls, and more. It was all helpful, but never the transformative experience I craved. I was never enticed to stick with it either. I was in my head a lot, very distracted by thoughts.
At that time, I had spent over 12 years in real estate, cultivating a fast-paced career. But, as my life got increasingly demanding, I got closer to burning out. As a single mother to a toddler working long hours on very little sleep, I suffered regularly with insomnia, migraines, and extreme exhaustion. I was literally on the verge of physical and spiritual bankruptcy.
Around the same time, I was lucky enough to witness a friend experience the kind of real transformation I’d been looking for as a direct result of a form of meditation I’d never tried before. Her words were powerful, but the proof was in her progress. I couldn’t wait to try it for myself! Soon after, I gave it a shot.
To my surprise, I took to it without hesitation or resistance. I didn’t have to work hard to focus. In fact, I didn’t have to work at all. The process was natural and effortless. I actually enjoyed it. Finally, I had found the method that would change my life.
I met Kelli and immediately felt extremely comfortable with her and knew she was the right teacher for me.
