Kelli Douglas with The Meditation Class

Hi, I’m Kelli Douglas—single mother, committed consciousness explorer, and former real estate exec turned passionate meditation teacher. I didn’t get here overnight. In fact, it took over 20 years of exploring various forms of meditation and spiritual practices to finally find the one that made a lasting difference.

You name it, I tried it—Kundalini yoga, chanting, creative visualization, singing bowls, and more. It was all helpful, but never the transformative experience I craved. I was never enticed to stick with it either. I was in my head a lot, very distracted by thoughts.

At that time, I had spent over 12 years in real estate, cultivating a fast-paced career. But, as my life got increasingly demanding, I got closer to burning out. As a single mother to a toddler working long hours on very little sleep, I suffered regularly with insomnia, migraines, and extreme exhaustion. I was literally on the verge of physical and spiritual bankruptcy.

Around the same time, I was lucky enough to witness a friend experience the kind of real transformation I’d been looking for as a direct result of a form of meditation I’d never tried before. Her words were powerful, but the proof was in her progress. I couldn’t wait to try it for myself! Soon after, I gave it a shot.

To my surprise, I took to it without hesitation or resistance. I didn’t have to work hard to focus. In fact, I didn’t have to work at all. The process was natural and effortless. I actually enjoyed it. Finally, I had found the method that would change my life.

I met Kelli and immediately felt extremely comfortable with her and knew she was the right teacher for me.

I had tried some meditation practices over the last 20 years but all of them felt very forced and I always felt like I was doing them wrong. During the course, Kelli was amazing at explaining the practice both scientifically and “spiritually”  in a way that I could really believe in it and trust the process.

It was simple. It was effortless. It was effective + impactful.
It was Vedic.

What really blew my mind was not just that I experienced profound results, but that I experienced them the very first day. I didn’t have to wait years, or meditate five hours a day, or commit to life in a monastery. ME—a normal, modern day, overcommitted, overstimulated career mom. And, if it worked for me, it could work for anyone.

After just a few months in, I knew I had to share this with everyone I could. So, I went from being a committed practitioner to a passionate teacher, training in India and New York City with some of the most renowned Vedic masters in the world.

I never planned or expected to become a Vedic instructor. It chose me, and my life has been completely revolutionized as a result. I’m happier, calmer, more energized, and more focused than ever. There’s a noticeable presence, peace of mind, and clarity of thought that just wasn’t there before.

As a teacher, it’s an an honor and a privilege to witness first hand the effects meditation has on my students’ lives. I can’t wait to share that privilege with you as you experience the incredible results for yourself.

Kelli is fantastic teacher: warm, smart, easygoing, responsive, intuitive.

She gets it and she helped me deal with my fears and questions around meditation during the course, which I found actually easily fit into my life; it wasn't some gigantic time commitment. But in the course, Kelli elegantly imparted these simple and life-changing tools.
